Q. What kind of contract papers will I have to sign with Casago?
A. When you partner with Casago, there are no strict rules for that, you can exit the vacation rental program as you wish. Just give them 30 days notice prior. In case you want to look over the agreement before signing, they can send you.
Q. How will I handle taxes for my home?
A. Casago team will collect any required taxes and put them into an owner escrow type account, they will remit them for you. Since all the rental price includes taxes, so that you won’t need to send additional funds to cover the taxes.
Q. How do I get started with Casago property management?
A. It is very easy.
– You meet the General Manager of the market location.
– Collects your property information
– Inspection of the property
– Capturing photos of the property and listing and advertising it.
Q. Can Casago help me turn my property into a vacation rental?
A. Yes, they’ll definitely help. From years of experience they know what a successful vacation rental is. they make necessary upgrades, changes of turning your property into a vacation rental.
Q. Does the property owner need to allow pets?
A. That depends on you. Casago charges guests an additional fee (non refundable) for up to 2 pets. This fee is added to the rent and the majority portion goes to the owner. The fee is to make sure that the house is fully cleaned.
If damaged by the pet, then it will be deducted from the deposit.
Q. As an Owner, Am I required to provide anything in my property?
A. Yes, Things like appliances, furniture, cookware, dinnerware will be provided by your side. Team Casago provides linens for the beds and towels along with wireless routers and everyday items such as light bulbs and batteries.
The better decorated property will rent more easily.
Q. What is Casago’s cancellation policy for renters?
A. If you cancel your booking 10 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is $100. It will show in your business account between 5 to 6 business days.
– If cancellation is made before 9 days of arrival, there is no refund.
– No refunds on canceled holiday date reservations.
– On early departure, no refunds.
Q. What is check in and check out time?
A. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check out fee is $20 per hour.
Q. How do you accept payments in Casago?
A. Mode of payment should be cash or credit card. Master card & Visa is acceptable.
