1) Deposit & Cancellation Policy For Event & Activity Ticket Products.
Full payment in advance for any events and activities like ski school, rentals, lift tickets. Cancellation can be made 3 days prior to your arrival date with full refund. Within 3 days of arrival it is non refundable.

2) Deposit & Cancellation Policy For Winter Peak Season (Arrivals 17/12/2022 to 12/03/2023) (dd/mm/yyyy) Lodging For 3 Bedroom & Smaller Units.
At the time of booking, the initial deposit of 50% of the total + optional travel insurance is due at the time of booking. If cancelled before 15 days of arrival, full refund will be given, by deducting the cost of travel insurance.
If you didn’t purchase travel insurance then $100 or entire deposit, whichever is less will be forfeited. If the reservation amount is not paid before the arrival date, then that booking will be cancelled and amount will be forfeited.

3) Deposit & Cancellation Policy For Summer (example (dd/mm/yyyy) : 19/05/2023 – 16/10/2023) & Non Peak Winter Season Lodging For 3 Bedroom & Smaller Units
At the time of booking 50% deposit of the total amount plus travel insurance is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 4 days or before your arrival date, full refund will be given. Non refundable within 4 days of arrival date.
If you didn’t purchase the travel insurance, $25 from your deposit amount or the entire amount, whatever less will be forfeited.
