Canaan Realty offers the finest vacation rentals homes in Davis, located in the Canaan Valley of beautiful West Virginia USA. These vacation rentals homes are exclusive to us and are priced to fit any budget as per need!

Their professional staff will visit your property to perform a physical inspection of both the interior and exterior. Weekly, biweekly or monthly visits and inspections are available — you choose the frequency. If you would like, they can also stop by after a nasty wind or snow storm to see that your property is still intact.
- Maintenance
From routine grass mowing and weed eating to landscaping and custom-built outdoor fireplaces and Bar-B-Ques, Best of Canaan Realty can help. Seasonal maintenance service also available which includes opening and closing of foundation vents and cleaning of gutters, leaf raking, insulating pipes and chimney sweeping. General handyman service is also available.
- Hot Tube Sales & Service
Kelly Roberts and team has over 10 years of experience in hot tub service and maintenance. Which includes routine checks of chemical and water levels and filter and mechanical repairs. You can schedule hot tub service as often as you like, biweekly checks in the summer and weekly checks in the winter is recommended.
- Snow Removal
Snow removal is an important part if you own the property in the mountains. Experienced staff can provide you with a quote for snow removal based on the location of your home. Even porch, deck, walk and even roof clearing are also available.
- Firewood
Year round delivery and stacking of firewood is also available. Both types of seasoned and unseasoned wood are available. Contact them for current pricing.

Q. Where do I go to check in my vacation rental home?
A. It is very easy to check into a Best of Canaan vacation rental home. Just come to their office at 5546 Appalachian Highway, Davis, WV. Our friendly and professional staff will be looking forward to providing you with keys, a map to your rental property and information on area and events.
It is important to know that although our address is Davis, our office is actually 9 miles south of Davis city. GPS can help.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. Best Of Canaan Realty’s office is open 7 days a week. Timing is 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Saturday and 9 AM to 3 PM on Sunday.
Q. Can I check in your rental properties after office hours?
A. No matter what time you reach the Canaan area, just come to the Best Of Canaan office. They are happy to help you with late arrival instructions once you complete the details of your reservations.
Q. Do I need to bring towels and sheets along with me to my Canaan vacation rental home?
A. No! Canaan rental homes are equipped with bed sheets along with kitchen and bathroom towels. Not to worry about bringing these things.
