Commonly asked questions about vacation rental homes.

Q. Are all of the rental properties privately owned?

A. Yes, all of the homes and condos offered by casago are owned by individuals. They range in size from studio condos to 8-9 bedroom homes! Each and every property is decorated and furnished to the taste of the individual property owner.
Each house is priced according to location and the amenities within that home. Some homes will have satellite, internet, garages, decks, Jacuzzi tubs, hot tubs and much more! Each and every home is different but you will also find that the majority of our properties do not have AC (air conditioning). If any house has that then it will be specifically shown as an amenity on casago website.

Q. What is included in the rental cost of the property?

A. All of the rental units include a starter set of dish washing soap, garbage bags, toilet tissue. All of the homes have complete kitchen house wares, linens, towels and either parking garage or a 1 – 2 space parking area in the complex.
Some houses are equipped with hot tubs and or grills. If a home does have a gas grill, the propane will be supplied accordingly.
During the winter months, Casago will handle snow removal from driveways, walkways, hot tubs and patios as well as decks. Our policy is to start shoveling snow when more than 3.5 – 4 inches accumulates.

Q. Do you offer properties where pets are allowed?

A. Many of the properties offered by casago snowshoe are pet friendly and it will be indicated in the amenities area of the property description on the website.

Q. Is smoking allowed in any of your properties?

A. No, All the properties are NON – SMOKING.

Q. How is the rate determined?

A. It varies, from per home or per night rate. for additional people, extra will be charged. However in each home they have allowed a maximum number of guests. They do not allow children or adults to sleep in sleeping bags so that the occupancy cannot be increased nor do they allow for camping outdoors of the home.
Maximum allowance is given in the description section of the property.

Q. Do you allow weddings, corporate retreats, and large family gatherings in your property?

A. Yes! We have had several conference meetings in the larger properties and would encourage you to speak with them if you are interested in this type of activity.

Q. What is the reservation & cancellation policy?

A. At the time of your reservation of your rental home, you will be asked for a credit card, which is used to secure the booking for you. They automatically charge credit card for the first 50% payment.
Then an electronically signed rental contract will be sent to you. After understanding and reading the contract, it is necessary for you to sign the contract pages that require your signature, and return them back to us.
– 60 days advance before stay – 100% refund.
– 30 days advance before stay – 50% refund.
They will only be able to refund the cancellation fees if they are able re-rent the property on previously reserved dates. booking canceled 30 days or less in advance then there is 0% refund.
