| If we rent your home for $ 2500 per month starting on January 1st. We will deduct our $ 1000 placement fee from the first month’s rent, and you will receive the remaining amount within a few days of your tenant moving in. |

Price Breakdown
| If we rent your home for $2500 per month starting on January 1st. We will deduct our 8% management fee and our $800 placement fee from the first month’s rent, and you will receive the remaining amount with your first owner disbursement. All monthly disbursements after that will only have the 8% management fee deducted. |
