A. Yes, you will have to pay an additional rent amount / pet / month and separate security deposit amount. Amount differs from property to property.
Q. What is the rental application fee?
A. $50 is the rental application fee, which is non refundable.
Q. What criteria does Empire Property Management rentals focus on?
1. Sufficient Income – Applicants must make approximately 3 times the rent amount / month. Income may be combined by multiple applicants (more than 2 people). Permanent employment of at least four months at the same job is good.
2. Verifiable Good Credit Score – A separate credit report will be obtained for each applicant. (above 650 preferred)
3. Good Previous Rental History – They will make a reasonable attempt to contact previous landlords where you’ve been and/or mortgage holders submitted by the applicant, however, the ultimate responsibility for supplying this information lies with the applicant.
4. Complete The Application – The entire application must be completed. Failure to complete the entire application may delay processing or result in denial of your rental application. So complete applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.

A. Marijuana smoking and/or possession is strictly forbidden in Empire Property Management rentals.
