Christian Management has full time maintenance staff with a wide variety of skills and certifications. Tenants may submit work orders by calling their office and speaking with their property manager or emailing their property manager, or submitting maintenance requests on the website on the Contact Us tab.
They do not offer maintenance services on lease option units; however, recommendations can be considered if anyone contacts.

They do provide snow removal services for most of their properties including apartment buildings.
