3. Good Previous Rental History – They will make a reasonable attempt to contact previous landlords where you’ve been and/or mortgage holders submitted by the applicant, however, the ultimate responsibility for supplying this information lies with the applicant.
4. Complete The Application – The entire application must be completed. Failure to complete the entire application may delay processing or result in denial of your application. So complete applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.
