1. 1. Properresident.com provides property solutions for every need.  The term “Client” refers to a person, irrespective of Gender, Company, Firm, Entity.
   2. The company as a service provider depends on the information associating with various projects provided by the respective builders/developers or provided through their representatives, any responsible person, advertisements by the builders/developers in the electronic media or print media and/or an authentic sources.
   3. Here the customer is advised to regularly visit the website of the company and or respective developers/builders for development, latest update and/or events associating to real estate.
   4. In case a client wants to cancel the property/unit which is booked by him through the company, he/she shall be bound to pay a nominal administration charge to the company to issue No Objection Certification by the company. The charge may vary from project to project, developer to developer and or such other factors that may be relevant to particular project. The company will not be bound to issue a NOC until the client has paid the administrative charges as mentioned above.
   5. The client is bound to notify the company in case he transfers the unit booked by him or or creates any other/third party interest in the unit/property booked via the company.
   6. The company in form of service provider is not responsible for any increase in cost, delay, change in layout plan, change in developer/builder policies, scraping of project, change in government policies, admin/judicial orders, any variation between the commitments or delivery time or any other circumstances that may take place from time to time.
   7. The company as a service provider is not part of business of developer/builder and it is not involved in any decision making or obtaining any statutory approvals from relevant authorities. The company is not responsible for any misrepresentation made by the developer/builder in any manner and at any point of time.
   8. The company clears that it will not be responsible for interest if any, on overdue payments that may be levied by the builder/developer and/or cancellation(s) of the unit under any circumstances. 
   9. It will be the responsibility of the client to point out the accuracy of the information that may form part and parcel of any email conversation and it  should bring the same to the notice of the Company on an immediate basis, failing which the Company will presume that the information in every communication is accurate and the Company shall not be responsible for any loss which occurs on account of any erroneous information or any complication arising as a consequences thereof.
   10. The company will not be liable for any verbal commitments allegedly made by any employee at any point. The company will further not consider any communications in writing if is not written on company letterhead and it should not be made by a person who is authorised to make such commitments. The company will not be bound by company made by any former employee, if he/she is not working in the company at the relevant time when the commitment was made. Any commitment made by existing employee from a personal email id shall not be entertained by the company. 
   11. The client shall have no objection if the company uses any data associating to his/her booking for any promotional or advertising purpose.
   12. The company can suspend the functionality of the website due to reason of maintenance task or any reasons from time to time. Any information accessed by the client at that time of such a suspension which might not be updated information and will not bind the company in any manner whatsoever.

   14. The client will be bound by the law guidelines and rules which are laid down by the respective builder/developer for each project and the company will not any objection in that. In that case the query of the client requires a response from the builder/developer end, then the company shall coordinate with the concerned builder/developer and forward the response received from the builder/developer. The company will not be responsible if the response does not satisfy the client.
   15. The company does not accept any cash from any client under any circumstances. The company will only accept duly signed cheques or demand draft/banker’s cheque in favor of the respective developer/builder for the concerned projects after the client fill up the booking form issued by the concerned developer/builder.
   16. The Company will not be responsible for any cancellation arising out of incomplete/ invalid documents in support of the booking and at the same time the Company owes no responsibility for any cancellations arising out of non-sanction/ delay in sanction of loan from any financial institution.
   17. The non-receipt of an email communication cannot be treated as a valid ground for non performance of any obligation or ignorance about a particular policy and/or other aspects that may be contained in the email.
   18. In case of any dispute the courts at Surat shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try and entertain the same.

PERSONAL AND OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that the Company collects and stores the User’s personal information, which is provided by the User from time to time on the Website, including but not limited to the User’s user name, passwords, email address, name, address, age, date of birth, sex, nationality, browsing history, etc. as well as any images or other information published by the User on the Website.
